Cameron McFarlane
Associate, Development
Cameron is an Associate at Essence, bringing a strong foundation in investment and financial analysis from his previous role at Goldman Sachs. As an Associate in the Real Estate Principal Investment Area, Cameron focused on real estate private equity and high-yield credit, contributing to significant transactions in real estate development and asset restructuring. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Fluid Dynamics and Biomechanics from Stanford University, where he was also a Division 1 Varsity Athlete on the Stanford Cardinal Football Team. Outside of work, Cameron enjoys playing squash, coaching youth sports, and discussing ways to improve global public transit systems.
