Will is an Associate at Essence, bringing a wealth of experience from his prior role as a Project Manager at the New York City Housing Development Corporation (HDC). At HDC, he specialized in underwriting loans for affordable housing projects, analyzing loan proposals, and managing complex financial models to ensure project success. He collaborated with city agencies, developers, and financial partners to navigate the intricate landscape of housing development and compliance. Previously, Will also served as Assistant Project Manager and Marketing and Compliance Specialist at HDC. His career began with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps, where he contributed to community revitalization efforts in Newark, NJ. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Davidson College.
